Tom Brady discloses his coping mechanism for past mental health struggles, seeking help from psychiatrists to manage pressure. The former NFL player, who played for New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, turned to a book by Indian psychiatrist Uma Naidoo titled “Calm Your Mind With Food” to improve his mental wellbeing and performance.
The book aligns with his TB12 Method, emphasizing pliability training, nutrient-rich and plant-based diets, and hydration. Brady has been an advocate for physical fitness and mental conditioning, and his openness and activism in those areas continue. He also sought therapy to handle his divorce from Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen, with whom he co-parents their children.
