The spirit of mediocrity should not be allowed to take the atmosphere of the great club with a big name having 3 UEFA champions League .The Glory of Manchester United must be realised .The team needs to sit up.
The current form of Manchester United needs an urgent state like an intensive care where all players will be review if they merit playing in the first team, second team or find their way out .Many will argue that that the coach needs to be change which I see as a professional advice because this is just a solution obtained in every sphere of life when something isn’t working,the head is always to be blame but I have concerns because the coach doesn’t play the football,He directs and guides and sometimes his guide are intentionally rejected by players when they get to the pitch ,Recall that the legendary coach,Jose -Mourinho sometimes replaces a player even after coming in at Second half of a game, This is just an example of how player can be self centred in following guidelines.
We can deduce from the series of coaches that have come and gone after Alex Ferguson left that this not mere a coach fault but lack of discipline,low passion for the club ,lack of confidence or lackadaisical attitude of players .This we can see from some of the sham displayed by Onana,Antony and Maguire in previous games but I’m impressed by Maguire attitude irrespective of how the media went against him but he still stepped up to the game .I believe other players can learn from him.
Jose Mourinho made a comment before leaving the club concerning this same attitude problem.I believe his recommendation to be taken to salvage the great club Glory as expected by fans worldwide.
