Hendricks County court records show that Drew Ogletree, a tight end for the Indianapolis Colts, was arrested on Friday and charged with domestic battery. The charges against him include domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, both of which are level six felonies. He is being held without bond. The Colts have released a statement saying that they are aware of the allegations and have notified the NFL, but will not comment further until more information is gathered. The incident occurred on December 26, when the Avon Police Department received a report of a physical domestic altercation between an adult male and female. The victim was “body slammed” during an argument, according to Fox 59. Ogletree’s son was present at the scene during the attack. Ogletree turned himself in on Friday after an arrest warrant was issued on Thursday. The Colts are currently in second place in the AFC South with an 8-7 record.
