The December Goal of the Month award for the Barclays WSL has been secured by Dan Turner. The defender scored an impressive volley, securing an early lead for Villa against Manchester City at Joie Stadium. This was Turner’s second goal of the season and it won the club’s goal of the month award, as well as clinching the WSL honour.
