Currently, the Danish midfielder is not a top choice player at Spurs and it has been widely reported that he may leave this month. Charlie Gordon discussed Hojbjerg’s situation on The Spurs Chat Podcast and suggested that a move for him may happen towards the end of the transfer window. While there is interest in Hojbjerg, he is not at the top of many transfer shortlists. Gordon believes that Hojbjerg’s departure could unlock funds for Spurs to do more transfer business, possibly reigniting their interest in Conor Gallagher. It may be best for all involved if Hojbjerg makes a move this month as there isn’t much room for him in Ange Postecoglou’s side. It remains to be seen where Hojbjerg could end up, but there will certainly be plenty of stories surrounding his future in the coming weeks.
