According to reports from Football Transfers, Chelsea, managed by Mauricio Pochettino, are interested in signing Alexander Isak from Newcastle United, led by Eddie Howe. However, Newcastle considers the 24-year-old forward “unsellable” in the January transfer window. Isak has also been linked with Arsenal. Isak’s ability to play as a central striker or part of a front-two makes him an appealing prospect for any manager, and his 19 goals and one assist in 37 Premier League matches for Newcastle make him a valuable asset. While a transfer in January seems unlikely, a move in the summer of 2024 could be a possibility.
