The Dallas Cowboys faced the Green Bay Packers in their last game of the season, which resulted in a disappointing loss of 48-32. Despite winning 12 games for three consecutive seasons, the Cowboys were unable to make it to the conference championship, setting an unwanted record. Quarterback Dak Prescott, who received much attention, admitted to the press that he did not perform at his best during the game, and struggled to connect with wide receiver CeeDee Lamb. Prescott credited the Packers for disguising their plays and changing their tactics post-snap, making it difficult for him to find Lamb. Despite their late-game success, it was not enough to secure a win.
