Following his recall from a loan spell with Plymouth Argyle, Kaine Kesler-Hayden may form part of the Aston Villa first-team, according to Dan Bardell. The 20-year-old right-back returned to Villa after Plymouth Argyle activated a clause in his loan agreement. However, Bardell has raised doubts about whether Kesler-Hayden will be given the opportunity to impress for the Villans in the second half of the campaign, given that previous loan recalls have not resulted in anything. In an exclusive interview with Villa News, Bardell stated that Villa has recalled Kesler-Hayden from loan spells before, but it hasn’t led to anything.
Currently, there has been no news of him being loaned out again and there are rumors that he may be included in the first-team squad. It is uncertain how long he has been back, but Villa only has one right-back available.
It is unclear how successful he was during his time at Plymouth to impress Emery, but since he is a homegrown player, he can be included in the European squad without registration. This could be a possibility that Villa is considering.
He could potentially play in some of the European games and be included in the squad to provide Villa with an extra player without spending money, especially if Chambers leaves. He is an academy player and can take his place in the squad, which makes sense for Villa. Although he has had a strange time since the Youth Cup, he is a player that has always been thought to make it at Villa.
Hopefully, he can make an impact upon his return, but it remains uncertain. In other news, a journalist is excited about a confirmed Villa signing. To stay updated with all Aston Villa news, follow us on Facebook or join our new WhatsApp Channel for instant updates sent directly to your phone.
