Earlier this week, the Las Vegas Raiders appointed Kliff Kingsbury as their offensive coordinator. However, they still had multiple positions to fill within their offensive staff. The team was in need of coaches for the QB, RB, TE, and OL positions. With the hiring of former Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers running back, DeShaun Foster, as their RBs coach for the 2024 season, the Raiders have now filled one of those vacancies. NFL insider Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reported the news. Many media members around the league have praised the decision, as Foster is considered to be an excellent coach. While Kennedy Polamalou was an outstanding running back coach for the Raiders, Foster is expected to be just as effective.
