De’Vondre Campbell is said to be joining the 49ers, but before the move, the seasoned linebacker expressed some complaints about how he was utilized by the coaching staff while playing for the Green Bay Packers. Campbell took to X, the platform previously known as Twitter, to discuss the issues he had with the way he was used in the team’s defensive scheme. Despite this, Campbell had a standout season with the Packers in 2021, earning First-Team All-Pro honors. With a wealth of NFL experience, having played in 115 regular-season games over eight years, Campbell now has the opportunity to secure a prominent role next to Fred Warner in the 49ers’ defense, especially with Dre Greenlaw working his way back from injury.
