Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz criticized the Bills for the high prices of personal seat licenses (PSLs) ranging from $15,000 to $50,000, and for not being transparent about it. He mentioned that he spoke with Governor Kathy Hochul, who shares his concerns about the lack of disclosure regarding the PSL prices. Poloncarz expressed his disappointment to the Bills and Legends, the sub-agent selling the PSLs, emphasizing that while they have the right to set prices, they should make them known to the public. He stressed that without this information, fans who cannot afford the higher prices may miss out on opportunities to attend games. The Bills are hoping to retain most of their over 60,000 season ticket holders by banking on their willingness to pay the PSL prices, while also anticipating new fans to fill any gaps that may arise.
