Fans were curious about who would replace wide out Stefon Diggs as the star receiver for the Buffalo Bills when he was dealt to the Houston Texans on April 3.
Linebacker Von Miller claims that Brandon Beane, general manager of the Bills, may have plans to select a replacement for Diggs in the 2017 NFL draft.
Although the Bills currently own the 28th pick in the first round, Miller hinted this weekend on his Instagram story that Beane would try to trade up to get a wide receiver.
“Brandon Beane arriving to the 2024 NFL draft to trade up for a WR,” wrote Miller. “We have faith in Beane. Bills Mafia LFG.
This year’s top receivers who entered the draft are Brian Thomas Jr. of LSU, Rome Odunze of Washington, Marvin Harrison Jr. of Ohio State, and Malik Nabers of LSU. Since all of them are expected to be chosen before the Bills’ No. 28 pick, trading up would be the best course of action for Buffalo to obtain one of these wideouts.
