A year ago, Bills General Manager Brandon Beane brought linebacker Von Miller to assist with the Bills’ contingent at the Scouting Combine. Beane was impressed by Miller’s work and predicted that Miller would become an NFL general manager in the future. Recently, Miller posted a video on social media with a caption suggesting that Beane would trade up for a wide receiver in the 2024 NFL draft. While it’s unclear if Miller has actual inside information about Beane’s plans, Beane has expressed openness to involving Miller in the Bills’ pre-draft process. After making some changes to their wide receiver corps, the Bills may be looking to upgrade at that position in the upcoming draft, even though they may not have the resources to trade up for top wide receivers. The Bills are currently in possession of the 28th pick in the first round of the draft.
