Bowe Bentley had an impressive junior season with Celina, helping the team achieve an undefeated record and win the Texas 4A D-1 state championship.
Even from hundreds of miles away, Wisconsin football and head coach Luke Fickell took notice of his talent. On Tuesday, the Badgers formally extended a scholarship offer to Bentley for their 2026 recruiting class.
“After a fantastic conversation with (Wisconsin quarterbacks coach Kenny Guiton), I’m grateful to receive an offer from Wisconsin,” Bentley shared on X, formerly Twitter.
In the state championship game against Kilgore, Bentley threw for over 300 yards and five touchdowns. He concluded the season with 3,330 passing yards and 47 touchdowns, along with 933 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns.
