The Buffalo Bills have many well-known celebrity fans within Bills Mafia, including the late Tim Russert and his son Luke, MLB outfielder Jesse Winker of the New York Mets, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, actors Chad Michael Murray and Christopher McDonald, and soccer legend Abby Wambach.
Now, another CNN figure, Anderson Cooper, has joined the ranks. Influenced by his colleague Harry Enten, Cooper donned a Bills beanie and made a prediction for the Bills vs. Ravens game in the NFL playoffs. Although he chose the Bills to win, the amusing part of the segment was his struggle to identify team logos. When presented with the logos for the Texans and Chiefs, he correctly identified the Chiefs but mistakenly claimed the Texans logo represented the Bills, despite wearing a Bills beanie.
Bills Mafia keeps expanding each year, especially with the team’s continued success. If the Bills secure a Super Bowl victory this season, it’s probable that many bandwagon fans will join the ranks.
Speaking of Bills Mafia, quarterback Josh Allen has called on fans to show their support at Highmark Stadium for the upcoming matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Buffalo has been undefeated at home this season with nine victories, aiming for a tenth on Sunday night, and has one of the best home records in recent years. While defeating the Ravens will be challenging, fans are expected to create an electrifying atmosphere at Highmark to aid the Bills in achieving victory.
