The Buffalo Bills have a tough offseason ahead as they face decisions on their pending free agents with limited funds available. One suggestion is to fill at least one gap through the trade block. According to Bleacher Report, the Bills will lose some key edge rushers to free agency this offseason, including Leonard Floyd, A.J. Epenesa, and Shaq Lawson. The Bills may not have enough cap space to keep all three, but they do have an abundance of draft picks. Bleacher Report suggests using one to land a promising pass rusher, such as New York Giants’ Azeez Ojulari. The report notes that the Bills already have a relationship with Brian Daboll from his time as offensive coordinator in Buffalo. The Bills could potentially land Ojulari with their fourth-round draft pick. While the Bills can use contract restructures to create breathing room, General Manager Brandon Beane warns that there will not be any big spending. Key players like Floyd and safety Micah Hyde are headed to free agency, and Floyd has already indicated that he won’t be interested in giving a hometown discount to stay in Buffalo.
