The Carolina Panthers are in dire need of a wide receiver for the 2024 offseason, and luckily for fans, there are many options available during free agency. ESPN’s Matt Bowen believes that the team can find Bryce Young’s new top target in Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver, and if the Panthers want to give Young a true No. 1 weapon, Evans would make a lot of sense. Other free agents who could be available include Marquise Brown, Gabe Davis, Tyler Boyd, and Curtis Samuel. However, the top free-agent receivers may not make it to the market as Tee Higgins, Michael Pittman Jr., and Calvin Ridley are expected to be franchise-tagged. Carolina’s depth chart will take a hit once free agency begins, with D.J. Chark and Laviska Shenault set to hit the open market, leaving the Panthers with Adam Thielen, Jonathan Mingo, Terrace Marshall Jr., and Mike Strachan.
