FanDuel has expanded its portfolio of US sports partnerships with a new deal alongside the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. The popular sportsbook, owned by multinational company Flutter Entertainment, has been named the team’s official sports betting partner. Through this collaboration, FanDuel will have access to the Panthers’ branding rights and will be featured in their marketing efforts, including digital signage and exclusive events at the Bank of America stadium. The Panthers’ President, Kristi Coleman, expressed excitement about the partnership and the opportunities it presents for fan engagement and unique experiences. Additionally, FanDuel will join forces with the team to create digital and social media content, aiming to increase its visibility and interact with fans ahead of the upcoming launch of sports betting in North Carolina on March 11. Since its inception as a daily fantasy sports platform in 2009, FanDuel has experienced significant growth with its merger into Flutter Entertainment in 2018. As the leading sportsbook in the US in terms of revenue market share, FanDuel has solidified its position in the growing American sports betting market following the repeal of PASPA in 2018.
