The Houston Texans surprised the NFL world by acquiring Stefon Diggs from the Buffalo Bills. Now, the question is, what version of Diggs will the Texans be getting? There are various reasons that could explain Diggs’ decline in production towards the end of the season, such as age, a possible injury, strained relationship with the Bills, and changes in offensive strategy, particularly when Joe Brady took over as offensive coordinator. With Diggs gone, the Bills are now in need of a dynamic wide receiver to support quarterback Josh Allen. Trading for Courtland Sutton from the Denver Broncos could be a fitting solution. Despite inconsistent quarterback play in Denver, Sutton has been a consistent and productive receiver throughout his career, making him an attractive option for Buffalo’s offense. Adding Sutton at a reasonable price could greatly benefit the Bills and elevate their offensive capabilities without Diggs.
