However, former quarterback Scott Zolak refuted this claim, stating that Kraft is not involved in football decisions and that the football staff, including Eliot Wolf and Jerod Mayo, are handling those responsibilities. Zolak mentioned that Kraft’s involvement may only come into play when big trades are on the table. Despite rumors of Kraft wanting the team to select a quarterback with their high draft pick, it seems like the football staff will have the final say in the decision-making process.
