ESPN’s “College GameDay” has revealed its location for Week 12 of the 2024 college football season, where the crew will be present for the matchup between the Tennessee Volunteers and Georgia Bulldogs.
This visit marks GameDay’s first trip to Athens, Georgia, this season, following their appearances at the Georgia vs. Alabama and Georgia vs. Texas games, making it the third Georgia game covered by GameDay this year.
No. 10 Georgia will host No. 4 Tennessee at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 16, with the game being broadcasted on ABC. This will also be Georgia’s first home night game of the season. The Bulldogs enter the contest against Tennessee riding a winning streak. Last week, GameDay was at the Alabama vs. LSU game, where Alabama’s victory strengthened their College Football Playoff aspirations. For Georgia, winning against Tennessee is crucial to maintain control over their playoff chances, as Tennessee currently leads the SEC standings.
Other notable games in Week 12 include Texas at Arkansas, Missouri at South Carolina, and Arizona State at Kansas State, among others.
GameDay’s coverage will start at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, featuring analysts such as Nick Saban, Kirk Herbstreit, Rece Davis, Desmond Howard, Lee Corso, and Pat McAfee. The guest picker for the Tennessee-Georgia game will be announced later in the week.
