After a challenging period in the Premier League, Tottenham Hotspur have quietly regained their form. Despite a fantastic start to the campaign, a multitude of absences derailed their progress. However, Ange Postecoglou, the coach, will not be satisfied with their recent success. He is aware that with so many competitors vying for a place in the top four, the team must perform at their best. Unfortunately, Tottenham has struggled with a deluge of injuries to key players over the past few months. In addition, the imminent departures of Captain Heung-min Son (Asia Cup) and midfielders Yves Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr (African Cup of Nations) will further exacerbate the situation. Nonetheless, Tottenham is just one point behind fourth-placed rivals Arsenal after 20 matches and has won four of their past five matches. The team is brimming with confidence, but the January transfer window must be utilized to strengthen the squad.
