After spending 24 years with the New England Patriots, Bill Belichick departed from the team, revealing one of his worst calls: claiming that Tom Brady was “done” before he went on to win his seventh Super Bowl. Brady, who was a key player in Belichick’s dynasty, left the Gillette Stadium in 2019 at the age of 43 and moved to Florida to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. There, he solidified his status as the greatest NFL player of all-time by winning his seventh Super Bowl ring. Belichick, however, had not anticipated this and had allegedly moved on from Brady when he was still in his early 30s. Despite this, Belichick has no plans to retire and may be seen coaching for a new team during the upcoming offseason.
